Airport transfer from Penticton Airport included in registration fees.

All airport transfers are required to be pre-booked. All transfer fees will be available soon.

There will be 3 shuttles during the day (those maybe modified once all the teams will have given their arrival times) 10am, 3 pm and 8pm
PRE EVENT DAY 1 - Sept. 22
08:00 to 19:00: Registration and gear checks. Each team will received allocated time slots closer to the race date.
19:00: Flag Parade & Opening Ceremony

08:00 to 12:00: Registration and gear checks.
Each team will receive allocated time slots closer to the race date.
15:00: Media and Support Meetings
18:00: Volunteer Meeting
19:00: Gear Handout
PRE EVENT DAY 3 - Sept. 24
TIME TBC: Bus to start
TIME TBC: Prologue type event
TIME TBC: Racer Dinner

RACE DAY 1 - Sept. 25
